(H.C.A.P.) as per the decision of the committee the elections will be held on 19/09/2023 for tenure 2023-2026 and Sh. Sandeep Khatak Advocate is appointed as a returning officer for this whole election process. The guidelines and nomination form and ballot papers and affidavit are already displayed on the official website of H.C.A.P.
